Mild to moderate exercise can release stress, reduce anxiety and help alleviate mild to moderate depression. It can decrease your heart rate and blood pressure and enhance your immunity as well as help control your diabetes; even gentle movement can help. It is so important that you eat nutritious food. Stay away from the salt shaker and focus on vegetables and lean protein prior to your survey. Your metabolic rate will be very high after surgery so you will need proper nutrition prior to surgery to accommodate the increased rate. 11% of adults say they get less than seven hours of sleep at night and this can cause functional impairment during the day. Serious issues such as sleep apnea can affect the quality of sleep. It is important to talk to your doctor if you feel you are not getting eight hours of sleep at night.
