I cannot say enough about Mrs. Bolton, her knowledge, patience, and guidance with my son is amazing. My son is [ ] that is extremely rare but she is well versed in his issues and the care he needs. She listens and is patient with him and me when we have concer ns and questions. I value her opion and guidance. I feel that we are blessed to see her. The nurses at the infusion center are the best people I have ever met and I have met alot. Greta, is absolutely amazing with my son. The patience kindness and understanding that is shown at every visit is how every hospital should operate. If my son can be comfortable going to [ ] it speaks volumes of the care that all of the staff provide. Thank you for making it easier on this family to battle chronic health issues.

Hi your staff is an asset to your Hospital. They go the extra mile they make you feel at home very friendly and very courteous are always asking if there's something they can do for you to make your stay more comfortable for you. If it wasn't for your staff my daughter would not be here today. After approximately two years my daughters vitals and blood count is back to normal. This is the first time she is off all of her medication and this next month will tell us if her body is strong enough to continue without the medication the Lord has certainly blessed your staff and blessed my daughter . I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart, may God continue to bless your hospital and all of your staff thank you so much sincerely [ ]

We always appreciate how she spends time with us and asks us about [NAME]. She cares about his health but also him as a person. It really settles [NAME] prior to his treatments.

I wish that there was a true way of explaining how wonderful the care is. My son is autistic with some medical issues that require infusions every month, they have made this stressful struggle for him to the best experience possible. They remember all his quir ks, his interest and go above and beyond what is required. From checking in to walking out the door they are so understanding of the emotional stress for the parents and kids. I cannot say that in all these years and yes I said years that we have ever had a bad experience. They accomadate his every need! I feel that they have saved his life and in many ways mine too! It is hard to watch your child be sick, but they make it so much easier to manage. I think every person on the 5th floor on the infusion center should be recognized for how their daily kindness makes the world of recovery so much better! Thank you Katie, Desieree, Pam, Stephanie, for being so good to [name] on his B-Day too!
