    I cannot say enough about how wonderful my visit was [date of service] from start to finish receptionist at the desk for signing in as well as checking out the wonderful nurse and of course Dr. Castro this is one outstanding office call

    We met with Dr Castro. He discussed my husbands [diagnosis] problem at length. He explained some causes, treatments, research and finally helped us develop a strategy should this occur again. We hope to avoid unnecessary ER visits in future.

    Yes , my last visit was scheduled at 1pm virtual visit. I was late by 15 min so I just figured to just try to see if I still was able to get online for my visit and to my Surprise Dr Castro was still waiting for me . Jimmy that made me feel that he has taken t ime out I was a busy day to still see me.

    Dr. Castro was very caring and compassionate during, what I felt, was a VERY difficult appt. about the wound in my leg! He explained my options and answered all the questions I had, at the time, about where this treatment was to go!
