  Ms. Sylvia Brown put me at ease from the beginning. Her sincerity and ease of talking to created excellent conditions for my visit. She was not rushed and made sure that I understood every test that she was doing. I highly recommend her professionalism.

  while I was in the lobby I observed the staff handle a difficult patient. the elderly woman was clearly confused but also unpleasant to the staff. they handled her perfectly and did not get ruffled. kidos!
